As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding the company’s client base and unlocking new opportunities. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term partnerships, leveraging your industry knowledge and relationships to secure high-value contracts.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a clear growth strategy targeting new and existing business opportunities across key channels in property development, architecture and construction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
- Act as the industry expert, bringing market insights and identifying trends to inform business decisions.
- Regularly monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within sustainable energy, construction, or trade.
- A proven track record of delivering strong sales results and building meaningful relationships.
- Strong networking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, working to tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a passion for driving business success and contributing to a company’s growth.
- Valid NZ work rights
