Non-Negotiables- Minimum of 4 years' planning experience, preferably in development planning or local government
- Strong understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA)
- Tertiary qualification in planning or a related field
Desirables- Familiarity with Rotorua District Plan and local planning processes
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and public consultation
- Membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI)
