Environmental Engineer | New office in the heart of Newmarket 

About the role: 

NZ-owned and operated nationsal leadeing consultancy specialising in engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental services. The role offers exposure to diverse environmental projects across all stages of design and construction. Reporting to an experienced Engineering Manager, you’ll lead technical consulting, contribute to routine and complex projects, and play a key role in the Environmental Department. Supported by a collaborative Auckland office team, you’ll work alongside Design Engineers, Technicians, Planners, and Surveyors, contributing to impactful, award-winning projects that set industry benchmarks.


Seeking people with a combination of the following:

• Environmental Engineering Degree or relevant qualification such as a Washington Accord Degree or relevant qualification (BEngTech, NZDE)
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Demonstrates sufficient knowledge to challenge current practices as well as develop new techniques
• Has an excellent level of understanding of the assessment, planning and design of three waters management and infrastructure
• Fully competent with the use of environmental engineering software and design packages
• Can marshal resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
• Amiable personality to fit in a great team environment
