Integration Engineer

Our client is in the financial services sector, known for their tech centric approach, they strive to ensure customer experience is at the forefront of what they do making them a reputable NZ company. There is a large programme of work about to start and requires an experienced Java/Mulesoft Developer to join a growing team. This role will focus on building and maintaining integration solutions that support business processes, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement integration platforms using APIs, real-time data flows, and microservices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align integration solutions with business objectives.
• Contribute to the technology strategy and communicate the integration roadmap.
• Apply DevOps best practices to automate and optimize system performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ Experience working with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong Java development skills, with experience building SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience integrating with cloud-based services.
• Ability to design, build, and optimize scalable IT systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
