Our client works in the sustainable energy space dedicated to changing how NZ uses power. They are committed to driving change through sustainable energy solutions, and they are looking for a Marketing Manager to help elevate their brand and expand their market presence.

We are searching for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sustainability and has a strong background in managing marketing budgets, brand development, and digital marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth. Experience is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marketing Budgets: Oversee and allocate marketing budgets across all platforms to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Brand Development: Lead brand development initiatives to enhance brand recognition and positioning in the sustainable energy space.
  • Creative Experience: Use your expertise in digital, photo, and video production to create compelling and innovative content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Google Ads/SEO Management: Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media campaigns that engage audiences, build brand loyalty, and generate leads.
  • Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, emails, social media, and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications a must.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the sustainable energy or related trade sectors.
  • Strong background in managing marketing budgets and developing brand strategies.
  • Proficiency in creative content production, including digital, photo, and video.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and SEO, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Must have valid NZ working rights for this role.
