Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic marketing professional with a passion for brand development and delivering measurable results? Our client needs you!
They are a leading land development and advisory consultancy with offices across New Zealand. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution, they have everything set up and are now in need of some part time support from an experienced marketing whizz! 

Ideally looking for 20hrs a week support, based in Auckland CBD with regular travel to their other office sites in the region and across the country. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand development to enhance visibility and reputation across our nationwide offices.
  • Provide strategic marketing leadership and advice across all key communication and engagement channels
  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Analyse marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimise return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign management, with 8+ years experience
  • Experience in B2B and digital marketing, ideally experience in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and optimise strategies for ROI.
  • Creative energy and ideas, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
    Results oriented, with strong drive, initiative and urgency to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage multiple stakeholders and engage with a wide and diverse team. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
