Operations Manager

We’re working with an innovative client who is on the hunt for an Operations Manager to oversee and streamline project operations. If you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and excel in organising processes, this role could be your perfect fit!
As the Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring seamless project management and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
From project setup to post-installation support, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and satisfaction throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Utilise tools and systems to set up and track projects, assign tasks, and ensure all team members are aligned.
  • Customer Liaison: Maintain communication with customers to handle paperwork, provide updates on project stages, and schedule installations and inspections.
  • Administrative Excellence: Process applications, manage warranties, and create handover documentation to ensure every project is thoroughly completed.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor and update stock levels, place orders, and keep systems current for seamless supply chain management.
  • Post-Installation Support: Guide customers through online monitoring platforms, ensuring they’re fully equipped to maximise their system’s potential.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Set new leads up in the sales pipeline, gather relevant information.
  • Ad-hoc admin/op's tasls: Fleet Management, supply and procurement tasks + H&S. 
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with experience managing projects using tools like Asana (or similar).
  • Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in building trust and clarity with customers.
  • An eye for detail in documentation, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Previous experience in operations or project management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sector. 
  • Valid and permanent NZ working rights.
