Non-Negotiables
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally within energy or utilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of New Zealand’s construction standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Desirables
  • Background in renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, or battery storage.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in infrastructure delivery.
