Desired Experience- Ability to lead projects start to finish- with a focus on multi-unit residential projects (Operating at 5+ years' exp level)
- NZRAB Registered Architect or Senior Architectural Graduate
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional documentation and technical skills
- Strong knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Creative & innovative design skills with a passion for delivering great residential architecture
