About the role 

Currently, they are going through one of the largest SAP implementation in NZ's history and looking to grow their SAP expertise further.  This contract isn’t just a line on your CV—it’s a chance to lead a pivotal project that will make a lasting impact on one of New Zealand’s most trusted brands. They're in a process of implementing finance modules to a number of different locations across the country and seeking for SAP finance specialist to support this function.

Responsibilities 
  • Lead the design and configuration of SAP Finance modules, especially around Accounts Receivable, Processing, and Automation. Your work will streamline financial operations and drive efficiency across the board.
  • Ensure smooth integration between SAP SD modules, financial accounts, and banking systems, laying the groundwork for a seamless financial ecosystem.
  • Work closely with diverse teams, translating complex business needs into actionable SAP solutions that drive real-world results.
  • Offer hands-on support and mentorship throughout the project, ensuring our teams are equipped to succeed at every stage.
  • Contribute to the broader strategic direction of our SAP landscape, influencing how they operate for years to come.
What you need?
  • A strong track record in SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the finance space, with deep experience in Accounts Receivable and related processes.
  • A strong understanding of the intersections between SAP SD modules, finance, and banking—plus the ability to make those connections work seamlessly.
  • Confidence to take charge of complex implementation projects, with a track record of guiding teams and influencing stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Experienced across Fiori, FI-AR, FI-AP and FI-BL
  • The ability to navigate challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, driving results that are both effective and sustainable.
