Salary: 130k - 180k

The Role:As a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer, you will manage both public and private sector projects, ensuring compliance with local council standards. Reporting to the Business Regional Manager, you'll work alongside a skilled team of engineers and surveyors while leading project oversight and stakeholder management. This role provides a chance to make a tangible impact in BOP while also contributing to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage land development projects
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local council codes and practices
- Contribute to the design and management of stormwater systems
What We're Looking For:- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience, ideally in land development.
- Proficiency in 12D or Civil3D and stormwater management (HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS)
- Familiarity with local council standards and excellent technical report writing skills
- Strong on-site experience with a focus on land development:
