Senior Development Manager Reports to: Regional Manager

Key Accountabilities:- Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex property developments end-to-end.
- Strong leadership ability, with experience managing consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Sound commercial acumen, including budget oversight, programming, and risk management.
- A professional background in property, planning, project management, or engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of development processes in New Zealand, including resource management, consenting, and compliance.
- Confident in driving outcomes across health & safety, quality, time, and cost.
Desirables:- Experience in residential or mixed-use development.
- Familiarity with NZS 3910/3915/3916 contracts.
- Competency in funding project funding milestones.
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
