The role
As a Senior UX Designer, it will be your responsibility to develop elegant, easy-to-use designs to be used to assess new innovations as a UX / UI Product Designer across research, user testing, wireframing and prototyping.

What do you need?

• 5+ years Product Design experience with an associated portfolio of work within a Marketing/Agency environment
• Advanced level experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. Familiarity with tools like InVision or Marvel for collaboration and handoff.
• Proficiency in planning and conducting various forms of user research such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys. Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research data to inform design decisions.
• Experience in developing early-stage solutions to complex problems with the wider team.
• Experience in providing clients with the best possible product experience requires designing, testing, and validating solutions.
• You should be creative, energetic, and able to contribute to and promote ongoing enhancements of the design methodologies.
• Maintain the right balance between being pragmatic and visionary during design implementation.
• A positive & outgoing attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
