Non-Negotiables- At least 5 years of planning experience, including managing resource consents
- Strong understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and planning frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirables- Experience in both residential and commercial planning
- Membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI)
- Familiarity with the Auckland Unitary Plan and local consent processes
