About the Job

We’re seeking a Senior Offensive Security Consultant who thrives in complex problem-solving and cutting-edge security challenges. This role goes beyond penetration testing—you’ll be the bridge between security and development, ensuring that security is deeply embedded in the lifecycle of our products. Reporting directly to the Head of Application Security, you’ll have the opportunity to influence secure coding practices across teams, lead vulnerability research, and be an active voice in the broader security community. Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced penetration testing and security assessments across diverse platforms, including cloud, embedded systems, and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion secure coding standards and integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
  • Research and stay ahead of emerging threats, sharing knowledge with teams to elevate the company’s security posture.
  • Engage with the cybersecurity community to drive thought leadership and establish best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What’s Required to Be Successful
  • Proven expertise in offensive security, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, application security, or secure software development.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and certifications such as eCPTX,GPEN,GWAPT, CRTO,OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth understanding of secure code review, vulnerability management, and threat analysis.
  • Experience working with cloud security, embedded security, or cryptography is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for building secure products and influencing secure development practices within an agile development environment.
