Territory Sales Rep

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our client’s growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence within an assigned territory - North + West Auckland. 
This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sustainable energy and a proven track record in B2C sales. 
 

Key Candidate Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to develop referral opportunities and returning customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and trade show representation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, installation, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.
 
Key Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within solar or sub-trades.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Must have valid permanent NZ working rights.
